CMBP Talks – The post-covid future of F&B

23 March 2021 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
ChinaMed Business Program

A series of webinars focusing on the key dynamics of Sino-European business relations, as part of the ChinaMed Business Program 2021.

About this event

The food & beverage (F&B) industry has been heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, with its effects being unevenly distributed: online sales of F&B products, for example, have boomed over the past 12 months, while the HoReCa segment has been stricken by the pandemic in virtually any country worldwide.

How will the F&B industry look like once the pandemic will be over? Which existing patterns will survive the pandemic and to what extent consumers will return to the pre-2020 eating and drinking patterns? What can Europe learn from China, where the pandemic is considered almost as an event from the past?

Join Edoardo Agamennone, Academic Director and Lecturer of the ChinaMed Business Program, in this roundtable where he will discuss with entrepreneurs, managers, and marketing experts the future of the F&B sector as seen from China and Europe.
