On May 26th 2017, Editor of RISE Prof. Giuseppe Gabusi and Managing Editor Gabriele Giovannini, presented RISE – T.wai’s quarterly on contemporary Southeast Asian affairs – to the Ambassador of Indonesia H.E. Esti Andayani and to the Ambassador of Malaysia H.E. Abdul Samad OTHMAN at their respective Embassies in Rome. On the same day RISE was also presented to Dr. Adrian Bernie C. Candolada, Consul General of the Embassy of the Philippines in Rome. During the meetings the relations between Italy and the three ASEAN countries have been discussed as well as potential avenues for cooperation with RISE.
